We are looking for chefs to help us run a Michelin aspiring restaurant.Qualified chefs are candidates who has experience organizing and running a high-end concept, as well as functioning in a front-facing capacity. Requirements:Must be able to break down fishWorked in a fine dining locationBe able to communicate with guests while workingBasic English reading and communication skills.Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.Ability to work effectively within a team.Strong attention to detail. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in multi-tasking in dynamic situations.Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.Continuous use of hands and arms.Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
